Existing Structure Underpinning

What piling system do we use?

We use soil displacement piles which are driven to refusal.

What is the diameter of the pile?

165mm in diameter.

What re-enforcing goes into the pile?

A cage is made up of 4y16 re-enforcing which gets placed underneath the existing foundation

and which also protrudes down into the pile.

What loads does the pile carry?

Up to 180KN because of the cantilevered pile cap.
